1. Delivery areas

We deliver everywhere in Quebec, including remote regions and rural areas.
For orders outside Quebec, please contact us at info@labimucci.com for a personalized quote.

2. Processing times

  • Order processing: 1 to 3 business days

  • Preparation and packaging: All orders are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure product quality upon receipt.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected.
For information:

Quebec (city) 2 to 4 business days

Remote regions (Gaspésie, Côte-Nord, etc.) 4 to 7 business days

Note: These times are estimates and do not take into account situations beyond our control (e.g., weather, busy periods, carrier delays).

4. Delivery costs

  • Standard delivery (Quebec): $15.00

  • Free for all orders of $75 or more (before taxes)

  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas or oversized packages (you will be contacted prior to shipment if this is the case)

5. Carriers used

We work with reliable carriers such as:

  • Canada Post

  • Purolator

  • UPS

  • or a local service depending on your region

6. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the delivery status in real time.

7. Local delivery (optional)

Available in Montreal only

  • Local delivery in 24 to 48 hours (from $5)

  • Hand delivery, contactless if required

8. Delivery delays or problems

In case of a delay or delivery issue, please write to us at info@labimucci.com. We will help you track your package and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

9. Incorrect address or package not collected

Make sure your address is correct. In the event of a return due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
